Words with capitalized initial letters have meanings defined below. These definitions apply regardless of singular or plural usage.

- Service refers to TinyPad, a web-based bookmark management system.

- User ("You") means any individual accessing or using the Service.
- Account means a unique account created via Google authentication.
- Third-Party Services refers to external services used to operate the Service.
Description of the Service
TinyPad is a bookmark management system that allows users to store, organize, and access links.
- Authentication is handled exclusively via Google Sign-In
- We do not store passwords
- Data is associated with a unique user ID
Account and Authentication
You must sign in using a valid Google account to access the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.
We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised third-party accounts.
Data Ownership
You retain ownership of your data, including bookmarks.
We do not claim ownership over your content.
We may process and store data as required to operate the Service.
Plans and Payments
Starter Plan
Free tier with usage limitations.
Pro Plan
One-time purchase of $9.99.
- Lifetime access to purchased features
- Two (2) years of updates from the purchase date
After the update period, continued access to new features may require an additional purchase.
Payments
Payments are processed via third-party providers. All purchases are final unless required by applicable law.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
- Store or distribute harmful or illegal content
- Attempt unauthorized access to the system
- Interfere with Service operation
Third-Party Services
The Service depends on third-party services including authentication and infrastructure providers.
We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, or behavior of third-party services.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time if you violate these Terms or for operational reasons.
Upon termination, access to the Service will cease.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Total liability is limited to the amount paid or 100 USD, whichever is lower
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia.
