Refund Policy
Last updated: April 15, 2026
Overview
All payments for TinyPad are processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.
This Refund Policy should be read alongside Paddle’s Refund Policy.
Refund Eligibility
Unless required by applicable law, purchases are generally non-refundable.
However, you may be entitled to a refund if:
- Your local consumer protection laws provide a right to withdraw (for example, a 14-day withdrawal right in the EU, UK, and similar regions)
- Your purchase is defective, not as described, or not functioning as intended
- Paddle approves a discretionary refund
Statutory Rights
If you are located in a region that provides mandatory consumer protection rights, those rights will apply and override any conflicting terms.
How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted through Paddle:
- Use the link in your purchase receipt
- Visit paddle.net
Paddle will review your request and determine eligibility.
Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed via the original payment method.
Access to TinyPad may be revoked upon refund.
Abuse and Fraud
Refunds may be refused in cases of fraud, abuse, or repeated requests.
